Breathe into Being is a Basic level intensive workshop on identifying the true potential of our Breath and using it to release the most basic blocks that we all carry from out Birthing process or past lives or the life that we have lived so far.

Re-Birthing Breath-work is a completely safe procedure where we use the Breath to Heal our Body, mind and Soul, because Breath is the only thing that can actually help us immensely in travelling through all these three realms and heal them completely.

Body Remembers every thing, we might forget things in our conscious minds but body remembers every thing and through Breath-work all these memories can be safely brought up to the surface, re lived and there by be relieved.

We all suffer birth trauma without any exception.to understand why we undergo birth trauma, we need to understand the true nature of our selves. We are all spiritual beings having a human experience and not human beings having the spiritual experience. Therefore it goes without saying that our normal state of being and the state that we would consider our home is the spiritual state or the non-physical state.

However it is our choice, we still feel the pain when we venture out from our natural home. It is very much like a child who wants to experience the world outside, but when it steps out it feels home sick and fearful. The stepping out is traumatic but still a necessary step in the evolution of the child that takes it in the direction of its goals. In the same manner birth is a traumatic experience for all of us as it involves the stepping in to this ‘Unknown’ world from our ‘known’ home in the non-physical plane.

Therefore, birth is for most of us more like a near death experience! We instinctively suppress the memory of that event and we learn to distract ourselves from the feeling stored in our body during the event. No one can escape the trauma of birth. We all suffer primal pain, inner grief, hidden rage, ancient guilt and deep fear.

Breath connects to birth trauma. To connect to the birth trauma, we need to become aware of the energy impressions carried by our breath. This can be done either through the practice of Meditation combined with breath awareness, past life regression or intuitive energy breathing practices. Intuitive energy breathing practices are among the most simplest and most effective ways to not only relive the birth trauma but also to release it.
